HALL, ELAINE R. of Torrance , passed away on Sunday, January 11, 2004. She was born March 8, 1923 in Nebraska and worked in the accounting field for over 50 years. She is survived by Daughter, Beverly Hall of Sherman Oaks, CA, Son, James (Joanie) Hall of Torrance, CA, Brothers, Donald and Duane Lenser and Sister, Jody Lenser Schuttloffel.She was preceded in death by her parents, Christian F. Lenser and Anne Wachter Lenser. Also left to mourn her passing are Grandchildren; Jason,, Jocelyn , and Johathan . Visitation will be Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2004 from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at WHITE & DAY COLONIAL MORTUARY, 901 W. Torrance Blvd., Redondo Beach, CA, 90277. Services will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 706 Knob Hill, Redondo Beach, CA 90277 on Thursday, Jan. 15, 2004 at 10:00 A.M.. Interment will follow at Pacific Crest Cemetery, 2701 W. 182nd St., Redondo Beach, CA, 90278. In lieu of flowers, family prefers donations to Immanuel Lutheran Church at the above address or to your favorite charity in memory of Elaine R. Hall.
I\’ve been so wrapped up in the activities that I wanted to take a moment to express my condolences to you both, Bev and Jim. Your Mom had a huge influence in helping you both become what you are today…for which you should both be very proud! She loved you both very, very much and, as each day passes, you will have the opportunity to reflect on all the wonderful experiences…much like you did yesterday with the pictures.
