  5. I am so sad to hear of Eileen’s passing. I have such great memories of our early days in Real Estate. She & Mel were so much fun to work with. And her wicked sense of humor made the long hours fly bye. They were such a great team. My love & prayers go out to Mel & their blended family. Chris Buehner

  6. Mel, you are the best husband a woman could ever have. You took such good care of Eileen, always. I remember when I met you before you were both active in real estate because I came to do a CMA on your place in Manhattan Beach on 12th St. Remember? So many memories of you both. So So many. Now you must for once take care of your self, dear friend. See you soon. Hugs and Hugs, Kari

  7. To my dearest sister Eileen. I will miss you for the rest of my life, but we’ll meet again when I come your way.

  8. Dad, you’ve had an incredible relationship with Eileen. You showed her the love, caring and support that has truly been inspiring. You’ve always been there for her. We’ll all miss Eileen, but just remember… as long as you have those wonderful memories, she’ll ALWAYS be with you. I love you.

  9. Dad…words cannot heal the pain of losing someone so dear to you. May the love of those around you help you through the days ahead. Remembering Eileen in our hearts and minds. Love, Melissa, Bill and Billy

  10. Mel, My thoughts, rememberances and prayers are with you as I think over the many times you and Eileen have opened up your door and shared so many fun times with me, Greg and Bob. You two always had such a special love for each other. I also enjoyed the chats that Eileen and I had and her sense of humor as well. May God be with you Mel and to Eileen I am sure she will be watching over you daily. Corrine Ahrens

  11. Dear Mel, I’m so sorry to hear about Eileen’s passing. I keep in touch with Ginnie and she informed me. I used to work with Eileen and she is a person I will never forget. She was beautiful and we used to have lots of fun. I recently lost my granddaughter so I can definitely feel your pain. God Bless.

  12. Dear Mel, Tonight I attended a mass of remembrance at American Martyrs Church. I was shocked to see Eileen’s name among the loved ones who have passed this year. I wish I had known about it so that I could have joined with you all in your time of sorrow. Your devotion to one another was inspiration itself. Please know that Eileen is in my prayers, and you are, as well. Blessings on you, Mel, may God bring comfort to your heart, and may Eileen rest in peace with the angels. Love, Roberta

  13. Dear Mel and Family, Jim and I are so sorry for your great loss. As we all know, losing a companion is horrible and it leaves such an empty space in your heart. Know that now she is in a much better place. We send you our deepest and most sincere condolences. We’ve been without the Internet for several weeks otherwise I would have sent our sympathies much sooner. God bless you Mel. Sincerely, Carol & Jim Sargeant
