  1. Ed was a great man. I truly respected and loved him. I\’ve only knew Ed for the last couple of years through the South Bay Alano Club. Eddie had a way about hi. He always had an opinion about something and a twinkle in his eyes. You\’re free now Ed. Go see your wife, she\’s missed you alot and can\’t wait to see you again. RELAX, and Ed, don\’t worry about us down here. You\’ve really made us better people for just knowing you. I love you Eddie. Leslie

  2. TO ALL OF ED\’S FAMILY: PLEASE ACCEPT MY HEARTFELT SYMPATHY FOR YOUR LOSS. ED WAS ONE OF MY FAVORITE PEOPLE, AND WE HAD BEEN FRIENDS FOR 14 YEARS. HE WILL ALWAYS HAVE A PLACE IN MY HEART, AS IN A LOT OF PEOPLE\’S, BECAUSE HE WAS A WONDERFUL AND CARING PERSON. HE WOULD BE THERE FOR SOMEONE ON A MOMENT\’S NOTICE TO HELP IN ANY WAY. BEING A FRIEND OF BILL W\’S MYSELF, WE WOULD SHARE STORIES AND LAUGH AT OURSELVES. HE WAS SUCH A COOL GUY, A TRULY UNIQUE CHARACTER, AND I\’LL MISS SINGING TO HIM (HE WOULD KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I MEAN!!!!!)

  4. Ed seemed to enjoy coming every June and staying at Mom and Dad\’s so they could all go to the Crozier Tech school reunion. We would even take tours of their old stomping grounds each year he came. He was a man who was proud of his children, grandchildren, brothers, family, and friends. He counted it a privilege to serve his country so many years ago and loved his country. He was always polite and courteous when in Mom and Dad\’s home. We will miss his jokes, his stories, his kindness, and his visits.
