Douglas P. Limbacher, 67, Hawthorne, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 12, 2008 after a long illness. He was born in Bridgeport, CT and lived in Stratford, CT until joining the Army Security Agency in 1963 serving honorably for 4 years. He is survived by Marta, his wife of 42 years, and sons: Philip D., Lt. Colonel, US Air Force, and Derek J., Hawthorne Police Detective, and their wives. Also surviving are sisters: Phyllis Tildes and Sandra Mitchell, both of Savannah, GA, and their husbands. Burial will be Thursday January 17, 2008 at Riverside National Cemetery at 9:45am.
