  3. There were times during my recent trip to America when I wondered if the journey had a true purpose and if it was worth it.I suspect the Good Lord drove the idea train on that Himself.I had the chance to speak to Dave of things past and of things important to his soul. This trip was worth every dollar and a lot more. Tonight my mind goes back to fast cars and motorcycles we drove and rode. That was a long way from Dave allowing me as a young lad to read all the magazines at Marty’s for free so he could ask about meeting my sister. The rest of that is history. I shall miss Dave but all things good and bad happen in God’s time and I hope and pray Dave is in eternal rest and free of pain. Jackie,I will be there for you as the entire family will be forever-more.Mere words seem so empty at this time and I pray I am uttering them for Dave, you, the kids, grandkids and the rest of the family because saying them for myself to feel better seems so shallow. May our minds go back to cruising through A&W in a white Corvette as envious eyes looked on and the fuel injection breathed a song of horsepower. God Bless You All. Mark

  4. Jen & family, I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my Mother recently and know the pain. May your family bond and heal together. I am praying for you. My heart is with you and your family, Meryl Mosk

  5. Dear Jackie: Our thoughts and prays will be with you during these difficult times. Please let anyone of us know if there is something we can help you with. Eddie, Dave, Michelle, & Phan Law Office of David J. Workman

  6. It’s hard to encapsulate a lifetime of memories and feelings, but know that you and Uncle Dave have always made our family feel like a family. I will miss him and glad I had him as an uncle. I love you guys, Veronique

  7. Dear Staley Family I am truly saddened by David’s death. David was more than just my boss when I worked for him at Village Liquor; he was like a friend who was honest and fair and was kind and considerate. I enjoyed working for him and spending time sharing stories about hobbies and all the things that went on at work. He made work enjoyable and I appreciate the time I had to get to know him. His passing will not only leave a positive memory in my life, but im sure in the lives of everyone who knew him. David’s memory will always have a place within my heart. My sincere thoughts and prayers are with you all. With deepest sympathy,

  8. Dear Jackie and family, My heartfelt condolences for your loss. May your memories and love for Dave keep him alive in your heart.
