Guestbook

  1. I formerly lived and practiced in the South Bay where I met and worked with Dan on a number of cases we referred each other. (1992-1998) We also got together socially a few time, including at a BBQ at my house where he met my wife and young chidren. Dan and I also spoke by phone a few times after I returned to the East Coast. I always found Dan to be eager and ethical — always interested in doing the right thing. I knew of his illness and was now sorry to hear of his passing. May he rest in peace. I was happy to read in the obituary that he was very active in his church. My condolences to his family, whom I know are in Iowa. If at some point someone would contact me by email or phone (570) 421-9090, I would be interested in obtaining more information, including whether a designated attorney has become responsible for his cases, since one semi-active client in particular was a referral from me and I would want to ensure that they are taken care of. Thank you.
