Phelps, Charlotte L, a 60 year resident of Palos Verdes Estates passed away on Friday, September 3, 2010 after a long illness. Born in Huntington Park, California, Charlotte was 87 when she died. Charlotte is survived by her daughter Cheryl Lancaster and grandchildren Melissa Jolls and Chad Lancaster. A gathering of family and friends will be held at White and Day Colonial Mortuary on Wednesday, September 8th at 5:00pm. Burial will be private. Donations in Charlotte's name may be made to help others in the South Bay to Sandpipers, PO Box 72, Hermosa Beach, California, 90254.
