  1. Father am very fortunate that you God allowed you to be my Dad for 79 yrs. of Life on this Earth. I will remember how you were so knowledgeable about the antique Car\s in the Old Movies we would watch on TV. You had so much Charisma and Strength up until the final moments. People in the Neighborhood knew we were your Daughters and they would respect us because of it.You always made me feel Special especially when we would talk about life. I will Forever be Grateful that God allowed me to be your daughter. I Love You and Miss You So Much!!!!! RIParadise Low-Ride into Eternity!!!!! BEATRICE G. BELL

  2. Father, I am very fortunate that God allowed me to be your daughter for 79 yrs. of Life on this Earth. You were Blessed with so much Knowledge, Charisma and Strength. I Feel so Special when we would talk about Life in general. I remember whenever an Old Movie featured some Antique Cars, you would name the Car and the Year!!!! You always let people know that “We Were Big-Red’s Children” !!!!! That made us is feel like we had a “Celebrity Dad”, especially when you knew, Mr. Barry White,-RIP, Mr. Bobby Womack,-RIP, Mr. Johnnie “Guitar” Watson, RIP, Mr. Leon Haywood, and Mr. Charles Miller,RIP, of the Group, WAR, who ironically met you one day in your front yard when he saw you and your Antique Cars from across the street. The next thing we knew, the song, “Low-Rider” was written by Charles Miller and was and still is a hit!!! I will forever be Grateful that God allowed me to be your Daughter!!! I Love You and Miss You So Much!!! RIParadise, Low-Ride into Eternity!!!! Beatrice G. Bell

  3. TO MY DEAR SISTER BERDA & MY NIECES & NEPHEWS
It is with sincere sympathy that I offer my condolence for the lost of my long time friend, your father & husband, RED. I will never forget the times we had in L.A. and how we all enjoyed each others being together and the years we continued our friendship even to now. I remember the cars, the dog, the cooking, the sitting in the yard, the long conversations, the rides in the old cars and the true love and friendship we all had for one another. True friendship is hard to find these day and I will never forget the friendship we all shared. God bless you all at this time and I will be praying for you all. this Poem is dedicated to my good friend Red.
ALWAYS REMEMBER AND BARE IN MIND,
A REAL TRUE FRIEND IS HARD TO FIND,
AND WHEN YOU FIND ONE KIND AND TRUE,
FORGET NOT THE OLD ONES FOR THE NEW,
FOR FRIENDSHIP IS A GOLD CHAIN,
    THAT LINKS HEARTS TOGETHER
AND IF WE NEVER BREAK THAT CHAIN
    WE’LL BE FRIENDS FOREVER,
    I MET YOU AS A STRANGER ,
I TOOK YOU AS A FRIEND,
I HOPE WE MEET IN HEAVEN,
    WHERE FRIENDSHIP NEVER ENDS!
YOUR FRIEND ALWAYS, JESSE R. SAWYER
