Born in: Compton, California
Resided in: Bullhead City, Arizona

Our Heavenly Father directly delivered our dad, Anthony Angel Martinez Sr., October 2020 and our mom, Catalina Martinez, March 2021 into the glory of God. The angels excel in strength, and works and heed the voice of God’s word to strengthen us. Knowing we are all entwined in the unity of God “Until we meet again”. We thank our Father that they rest faithfully in His arms.  He counsels our heart and reveals the purpose and plan to live our own life eternal, now.  Be reminded of all the beautiful memories and embrace them. We have blessed memories in every adventure never needing to say “shudda” because we lived and enjoyed life together, those blessed memories are with us forever. Their beautiful souls will live in our hearts always. We are thankful for the gift of eternal life, life everlasting for we shall be together again and our hearts are always one in Him.  Therefore, our spirit rejoices, that they have stepped over into glory.  Their souls free and dance in the heavens.  Our soul rests confidently and dwells in His peace and love. In unity of continual prayer we trust and know the true glory of God.  Thank you for gathering together in celebration of life and rejoicing in their precious lives. “Until we meet again”, With gratitude and love from Anthony and Catalina Martinez,  Their children Anthony Martinez Jr., Sylvia Navarro, Marcia Corona, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Their legacy of joy of life and adventure will continue to live on in all our family members and friends.  We will all cherish the memories, please join us in thought and prayer.

  2. candle 7Cathy and Tony, my sweet and dear neighbors, I will forever miss you and your smiles. Ever since my family and I moved into the neighborhood you both made sure to welcome us into the neighborhood- we were the rookies of the block. I will miss our summer front yard chats with elotes and raspados. Cathy’s laughter and stories always brought us great joy. Tony, thank you for always sharing your wisdom of the RV life, and for always being ready to lend a helping hand. You both made my children so happy because every Christmas you’d walk over and hand them presents. Better than Santa Claus because you’d deliver before Christmas, as my children would say. Thank you for bringing them so much joy. My children were always so happy and joyous to deliver their birthday party invitation and you never failed to accept. Thank you guys for the great memories! Cathy I’ll make sure to continue to dye my as often as needed so it doesn’t look dull and dry. Tony thank you for never being upset at all the times my children threw their ball over to your yard. You will be greatly missed and remembered.

  4. candle 7Saying good-bye to loved ones is always difficult. I have been blessed to have had Tia Cat, Tio Tony as part of so many wonderful moments in my life. The Sunday family gatherings at our Grandparents house, all the holidays spent together at the park, our camping trips and Anza property adventures or celebrating at one of the sister’s houses…we were often together. Your hearts were always open, not only to family, but to those that didn’t always have a place. By Fostering children, you welcomed them into your home and to our family and I’m thankful for the lesson you taught us of lovingly being of service to others.
I am so grateful that you both helped me when I moved to the OC. Babysitting my daughter while I worked, close by if I ever needed any help. You both made me feel loved and welcomed.
Although our families didn’t see each other as often in the resent years, you both always stood by our side and I’m so glad that Mom & I got to see you Tia before you moved away.
I will never forget your love and support and as I often think of you both I will have so many wonderful, funny, and loving memories.
Sending love and prayers to Anthony, Sylvia and Marcie and their families. We love you all and please know that we are here for you like your parents were for us.
