  1. What a beautiful video tribute for Uncle Whitey. He has a beautiful family and I regret that I have not visited. But I will tell you that I met his mom and dad over the years and even at 96, Jacob had that shock of pure white hair that his sons inherited and Dennis and I am getting! I hope we all carry on the traditions of the Michalski/Mitchells.

  2. Just 3 weeks ago I drove through Toledo and right next to Perrysberg on my way to Port Clinton. I always try to take a quick detour over to Summit & Cherry, 1402 Shenandoah and 1420 Avondale just to refresh fond memories of my youth. The family gatherings on the porches with the Mitchells and the Reeds were always a best part of the summer.

  3. Dear Liz, Virginia and Pauline, Please accept my most sincere condolences. I had planned to join you today, but am unable due to illness. Mr. Mitchell was so fortunate to have such love and so much care in his life. Your family is very blessed. I hope to see you soon.

  4. Dear Ginny and Elizabeth, My Uncle Whitey will be greatly missed and upon hearing of his passing a part of my spirt broke. Aunt Ginny & Uncle Whitey were known to have gentle caring spirits. My mom dearly loved & cared for her brother and sister in law. May God continue to heal the hurts of Whitey’s passing and to fill his absence with a fresh full measure of his abundant love. I will write again soon. Love you always Patty

  5. Dear Aunt Ginny, Elizabeth and Pauline It was with great sadness that we learned of Uncle Whitey€™s passing. You and Uncle are treasures beyond compare and we will never forget our time spent with you at your home in California. Both of you hold special places in our hearts, and in those of all the people you€™ve touched along the way. May God€™s love and mercy follow you all of your days. We send our loving condolences and prayers to you in this time of need. Much love, Carol and Jim Atkinson
