Budi Kristianto Recorded Zoom Service

Budiono “Budi” Kristianto, suddenly passed on November 2, 2022 at the age of 63. He was peacefully surrounded by many who loved and admired him.

Budi was born on March 13, 1959 in Semarang, Indonesia to Roeliati and Hadi (d. 1987) Kristianto. Budi was one of five brothers: Darmadji (d. 2015), Henry, Jonathan and Hans. Budi immigrated to the United States in 1990 and was a loyal employee of Eurofins Calscience for 22 years.

Budi had an affinity for vintage Japanese cars and dedicated his life to his family, friends, and church. He loved and served the Lord with all of his heart. Affectionately known as “Papa Budi”, his patience, selflessness, and love were unmatched and radiated to those around him. You could often find Budi doting on children, whether they were his or not. Or using what spare time he had to help others in need or enjoying hikes and drives with his beloved wife.

Budi is survived by his wife Yohanna, his children Melissa and Edward, son-in-law Guillaume, and his future grandson. An open memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 26, at 10am, at Lighthouse Memorial & Receptions – Rice Center, 5310 Torrance Boulevard, Torrance, California 90503.

  1. Budi is forever loved and remembered.
Then I heard a voice from heaven say, “Write this: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.” “Yes,” says the Spirit, “they will rest from their labor, for their deeds will follow them.”
    Revelation 14:13
