As parents we can only thank God for every day we have with our children and know that we are blessed to be a part of their lives. During this difficult time, hold the memories of Brittany close to your heart and take comfort in the many lives she has touched. May Brittany rest in peace and may she now watch over you as you have watched over her. Sincerely, John & Winsome Huffman

  4. My dear Brittany what a shinning star you are. I have been so honored to know you and be a part of your young life. Your bright smile brought joy to everyone that knew you. Robert, Kandice & Jose, Kathy & Bill, Orleen & William: When a special life ends in such an unexpected way there are no words to take the pain away. Please take comfort and know you raise a beautiful and wonderful young lady that touched so many people’s hearts. We were all blessed to be a part of her life. ~:~:~:~:~:~:~:~:~ To All Parents by Edgar Guest “I’ll lend you for a little time a child of mine,” He said. “For you to love the while she lives and mourn when she is dead, “It may be six or seven years, or twenty-two or three, “But will you, till I call her back, take care of her for me? “She’ll bring her charms to gladden you, but should her stay be brief, “You’ll have hers lovely memories, as solace for your grief, “I cannot promise she will stay, since all from earth return, “But there are lessons taught down there I want this child to learn. “I’ve looked the wide world over in my search for teachers true, “And from the throngs that crowd life’s lanes I have selected you. “Now will you give her all your love, nor think the labor vain, “Nor hate me when I come to call to take her back again? I fancied that I heard them say: “Dear Lord, Thy will be done! “For all the joy Thy child shall bring, the risk of grief we’ll run. We’ll shelter her with tenderness; we’ll love her while we may, And for happiness we’ve known forever grateful stay. “But should the angels call for her much sooner than we’d planned, “We’ll brave the bitter grief that comes and try to understand.”
