She was manager at May Co. She retired from May Co. in 1975 at the age of 55. Breda's Catholic religion was the mainframe of her life. She was an active member of the Third Order of St Francis for many years. She is survived by her daughter Barbara and sons Gerard and John; nine grand children: Brian, Keith, Connor, Bridget, Jack, Fiona, Kevin, Mairead, and Brian and her sister Jo Wilson of Santa Monica and her brother Eric Carroll of Dublin, Ireland. 1. Barbara, we only met your mother once but she seemed like a grand lady. She’ll always be with you because she is a part of you and your boys. We’ll remember both her and your family when we attend mass this week. In our prayers, Mary and Bob

  2. We are so sorry for your loss. We rejoice she is now in heaven where there is no sorrow and no pain. Rest in the assurance you will be with her again in heaven.

  3. Dear Barbara, Brian and Keith, It was with great sadness that I heard about your Mother/Grandmothers’ passing. But, you know we are the suffering ones, she is completely whole and in Glory with our Heavenly Father.

  4. Your mom was timeless. She looks the same now as she did when we first met her nearly 30 years ago! We are so sorry for the loss of your mom/grandmother, but we know that she is resting peacefully in God’s loving arms. Your family is in our prayers. With love, Rod and Jana
