  1. Baba, you will always be so close to our hearts. We love you and know that you live through all of us. Thank you for eveything you have given us. Our love always, Dani and Jose

  2. Baba, you are the greatest grandmother a person could ever have. I will never forget all of the wonderful fun, laughter, encouragement and love you gave each of us. I absolutely loved spending a couple weeks each summer with just you and Bops on the beach–those memories will be with me forever. Thank you for being so incredibly awesome! I know you will be watching over us. Hugs and kisses until we meet again. I love you…..Shelly xoxo

  3. BaBa When God created BaBa The world was truly blessed With all the special joys That make our family happiest … She knew how to do The things that warm a heart She touched our lives with loving care Right from the very start. Her most delicious scrambled eggs Our shopping for “Ditto’s” at “Bee’s” Filling our miniature doll house And watching “Mommie Dearest” movies. Curled up in her chair with crossword puzzles Recording her favorite “Magnum” Arrowhead, Catalina, Balboa, and Hawaii … “Hey, BaBa, your slip is showing some!” Perhaps our fondest memory The one that tops them all Is standing side by side with her To measure who was tall. More than that she believed in us and all we’re dreaming of … When God created BaBa He blessed our lives with love. Don’t think of her as gone away – Her journey’s just begun. Life holds so many facets – Her time on earth was only one. Just think of her as resting From the sorrows and the tears. In a place of warmth and happiness Where there are no days or years. And think of her as living In the hearts of those she touched … For nothing loved is ever lost And she was loved so much. And, now, BaBa, my heart will carry memories Of the love you gave to me. Until we meet again in Heaven Where the best is yet to be. BaBa, my heart still aches in sadness and my tears still flow, what it meant to lose you, no one will ever know. I love you!!!!!! xoxo – Darci, December 5, 2003
