- Please call us, we will gather some initial information and when appropriate bring your loved one into our care. Call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (310) 792-7575
- Next complete and email us the “Information Needed Later”, in our “Resources / FAQ’s” section or we can gather this information by phone daily 8:30am-4:30pm. If you are missing details or have questions we will resolve this during your appointment
- Then call daily 8:30am-4:30pm to schedule an in-person or phone appointment – (310) 792-7575
- Please complete and email us the “Information Needed Later” in our “Resources / FAQ section“, or if you prefer we can gather this information by phone daily 8:30am-4:30pm
- We will start an arrangement file and be prepared for your call to bring your loved one into our care 24 hours a day. (This information is only available to our transport staff 8:30am – 4:30pm)
- The rest of the arrangement will be completed later (including payment) after we bring your loved one into our care
- You may wish to complete the “Caregiver Notification Form” in our “Resources / FAQ’s” section and give a copy to your caregiver(s)
