We just need a phone call (310-792-7575), 24 hours a day, every day of the year. We don’t need to have anything on file, though if you wish to give us information in advance, contact us during office hours.

For appointments, our home office in Torrance is open daily from 9am to 5pm, closed on national Holidays. Our other locations are open Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. Call to schedule an appointment so we can make sure an Arrangement Counselor is available to answer all of your questions. For general questions, a designated Director is “on-call” 24 hours every day. Our transport staff is available to bring your loved one into our care 24 hours daily.

Yes. Our staff is available 24 hours a day and will coordinate with the family, hospice, or the hospital to be on their way, often within 90 minutes of being notified.

For burial arrangements, we can work with any family member or close friend, confirming all arrangements with the legal next-of-kin.

For cremation arrangements, in California, someone with a valid Advance Health Care Directive may authorize cremation. If no Health Care Directive exists, the closest next of kin may authorize cremation.
